At Neonera, we're dedicated to delivering you the best socks around. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so here's what you need to know about our return and refund policy:
Order Issues:
- Cancellation, Lost, or Undelivered: If you need to cancel an order before it ships, or if your package gets lost or doesn't arrive at your door, we'll cheerfully refund the full amount, including any shipping costs you paid.
- Returns: While we're confident you'll love your Neonera socks, if you need to return an order, you'll receive a full refund for the socks themselves, minus the original shipping cost. For orders that qualified for free shipping, we'll deduct a flat Rs.150 to cover our shipping expenses.
What Can Be Returned:
- Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on socks. But don't worry, we stand behind the quality of our products! If you receive a defective or incorrect sock, we'll happily send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns Timeline:
- For full refunds or replacements, please notify us within 7 days of your delivery date.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned socks and confirm they're in good condition, we'll process your refund within 2-5 business days. The money will be returned to your original payment method.
